PACKAGES & SHIPPING:

Your personal Alteza Beauty order will be shipped through Canada Post to the address you provide when checking out. Ensure that the required information is filled out to avoid delays. Don't forget your unit or apartment number. Shipping takes 3-5 business days within Canada. For international orders, it takes 3-7 business days.

With Canada post, packages are shipped with a confirmation upon delivery to avoid the misplacement of packages. A notice will be left with information on where to pick up your package if no one is at home to receive it. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

All lashes are final sale due to hygienic reasons. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can send me an email and we can work something out.

PAYMENTS: 

Visa, Discover, Master Card, American Express and Paypal are the types of payments we accept.

LOCAL PICKUPS:

Local pickups are available as well. If you would like to order using local pickups, please order through our instagram page: www.instagram.com/alteza.beauty. This avoids your shipping fee and makes your purchase more affordable. We are based in Scarborough. E-transfer and cash are also available for local pickups. If paying with cash, please have exact change.

LOST SHIPMENTS:

If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us ASAP. We will contact Canada Post to start an investigation, the investigation may occur from 7-10 business days. However, we cannot control the longevity of this process. Rest assured, our team will keep in contact with you to ensure that your package arrives safely.
