PACKAGES & SHIPPING:

Your personal Alteza Beauty order will be shipped through Canada Post to the address you provide when checking out. Ensure that the required information is filled out to avoid delays. Don't forget your unit or apartment number. DUE TO COVID-19: Shipping takes about 6-8 business days within Canada. For express shipping, you will receive it within 2-4 business days. 

With Canada Post, packages are shipped with a confirmation upon delivery to avoid the misplacement of packages. A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL. A notice will be left with information on where to pick up your package if no one is at home to receive it. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

All lashes are final sale due to hygienic reasons. If you are unsatisfied with the product, send us an email at altezabeautytoronto@gmail.com.

PAYMENTS: 

Visa, Discover, Master Card, American Express and Paypal are the types of payments we accept.

LOST SHIPMENTS:

If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us ASAP. We will contact Canada Post to start an investigation, the investigation may occur from 7-10 business days. However, we cannot control the longevity of this process. Rest assured, our team will keep in contact with you to ensure that your package arrives safely.
